Esther Rose Park, MS, RDN, LDN

Esther is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in health-centered approaches for all nutrition related concerns.  Her areas of expertise include eating disorders, diabetes and weight related issues.  Her passion is helping people re-establish normal eating by finding the balance between health and pleasure.  She advocates moderation and internally regulated eating as key factors in developing a healthy nutritional lifestyle.  In addition, Ms. Park developed and taught HNF 456: Eating Disorders: Prevention and Treatment, a multi disciplinary course, for the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Michigan Stat University from 1997-2013.  Esther currently maintains a private practice in Orlando.  She has traveled throughout the United States to present nutrition workshops to a wide variety of groups.

Esther received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetic and Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University.  Ms. Park was awarded a Nutrition Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University Hospitals in Baltimore, Maryland.  She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Sports and Cardiovascular Nutritionists professional practice group.  Esther’s passions outside of work include her family, meditation and yoga.
